den after that the rest stayed to eat den nothing much le lor.....

sit ups: 35
sit and reach : 50cm
inclined pull ups : ......
stupid laa that inclined pull up thing my butt din even touch the ground ishh my fbt nia and there were lyk 12 secs more to go n i could have d0ne much much m0re!!!!!!!
i did 14 till 18 secs but the stupid teacher claimed to be 12 and said wad my butt touched wadeva laa!!!!!!!!!! din even touch cans????
and anywaes i wanna retake inclined pull ups laa by hook or by crook i dun care!!!!!

i think my standing bropad jump was th emost satisfying...
.i guess i'll retake my 2.4 as well ba....
my timing was lyk 14 plus close to 15 i guess if i m not rong!!!!!!!!!
